What's in it?
New content for the Tribunal Temple on Vvardenfell. Speak to any Master of the Temple once you reach the rank of Acolyte. (Quests are designed for a mid-level Temple character.)
Some of the quests can be failed, which in some cases will lock further quests from that character. Actions in some quests will have consequences for subsequent quests. A couple of quests are locked if progress has been made in the Morrowind Main Quest.
I would say this is lore friendly though not strictly purist friendly, as I have expanded on the backstories of some existing characters. And somewhow, there might be some inexplicable Nietzsche references... Because Nietzsche would have been a Dunmer.
Note: Screenshots are just "pretties" with a general Temple flavour, not what is in the mod itself. Wanted things to be a surprise.

Requirements:
OAAB Data
Tamriel Data
---
Installation:
Place the ESP into the Data folder and activate.
---
Compatibility:
Does not change any existing Temple quests at all.
Changes to Hlaalu and Telvanni Vivec Temples, and additions to St Delyn Underworks. Small additions to High Fane. A few fairly minor external cell edits, carefully chosen to be compatible with popular mods. To the best of my knowledge it should work fine with BCOM.

Mod recommendations:
Temple Master: it really is one of my all time favourite mods, and I have avoided adding anything to Suran as this mod does everything needed for Suran. (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/52749)
LGNPC: I have avoided adding any new content to NPCs already given quests with LGNPC mods (mostly PaxRedoran in Vivec and Gnisis). I know some people don't like it - I think it is a lore friendly and very worthwhile addition to the game. (http://lgnpc.org/downloads)
Memento Mori: really adds a lot of great content to Temple characters. (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/51940)
Balmora Temple Questline: I have yet to actually play this myself, but I do intend to! (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/54211)
No Disease Labels: I think this is a great mod in general, and one of my quests will probably be a bit easy without it... (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/48295)
PRAY: Because obviously no Imperial Cult or Temple character would be complete without it! (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/53337)
And my own Buoyant Armigers. (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/54360)
And my very small addition of the quest to collect the 36 Lessons. (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/54257)

Zixi for playtesting. Really invaluable.
The TR Data and OAAB Data teams.
The UESP Wiki. Really useful for planning quest stuff without actually having to be in the CS or game!

And, Nietzsche.
