Changes propylon index to be marked as keys, allowing them to be detected by "Detect Key" spells or effects.

Propylon index hunting is a favorite pastime of mine, but dark screens can make it hard to tell where it is, and finding them without instructions is nearly impossible.
This mod includes two ESP files, one for Tamriel Rebuilt propylons, and one for vanilla propylons. Enable both or one, depending on your use.
It marks app propylon indices as "keys", meaning they can be detected by keys. Note, the indices that you can buy with Master Index installed are not marked as keys, since this prevents them from being sold. I'm not sure if any TR indices are buyable, so all of them are marked as keys.
This is a very simple mod, so it should be able to be added or removed at any time.
