I love Peterbitt's Morrowind Watercolored v2! This is a series of texture replacers for various mods, including OAAB Data and Tamriel Data, to make them more consistent with Peterbitt's Watercolored mod.
There is also a file for some vanilla texture replacers that adds a heavier painted style to a selection of small items, such as bottles, candles, letters, books, banners, .., to add some variation to the painted style in the context of Peterbitt's mod.
Use Peterbitt's 'Morrowind Watercolored v2' as a base texture mod, and install your choice of patches over that and whichever other mods you choose.
