This mod adds Pocket Guide to the Empire (PGE) to Vvardenfell. What’s PGE? It was a book released by Tiber Septim to spread his anti-elven propaganda, at that time he was in the war with Aldmeri Dominion. Although PGE is rather outdated, but this guide is an essential document to learn the general characteristic of Tamriel inhabitants.

This mod adds Pocket Guide to the Empire (PGE) to Vvardenfell. What’s PGE? It was a book released by Tiber Septim to spread his anti-elven propaganda, at that time he was in the war with Aldmeri Dominion. Although PGE is rather outdated, but this guide is an essential document to learn the general characteristic of Tamriel inhabitants.
A little background:
Some weeks ago one of the Imperial librarians, and an old friend of Jobasha, arrived in Vvardenfell. He brought with him a copy of PGE. The guide is separated into 9 books for easier reading. He gave those books to Jobasha. Obviously he received something back from Jobasha before he traveled back to Imperial City. Jobasha always denies anything about this business though, but now the PGE books are available in his store.
Installation:
Copy the pge.esp into Data Files folder and then tick pge.esp in the Morrowind Launcher.
History:
1.0 Initial released.
1.1 This one, uses unused map images in BookArt folder. But there's no map for Wild Regions, so it's not my fault if you found out that the Wild Regions book doesn't have map attached.
