Find a scenic island and explore it. It's located to to the east of Solstheim and to the north-west of Urshilaku Camp. If a mod moves Solstheim's position the island will be to the south-east of Solstheim. Here's the exact location on the map (with Tomb of the Snow Prince and Lokken installed):
