Faction Requirements

This mod simply increases the faction reputation needed to advance.
I have largely left the attribute and skill requirements alone (though have in some cases lowered them a little). This is because I felt it was more important to be able to do the tasks set, rather than meet arbitrary requirements.
This is absolutely designed to be used with Tamriel Rebuilt. Without it, you won't be able to advance to the higher ranks in some factions, and in most factions you will need to do a large percentage of the quests (and do them well, obviously) in order to rise to the higher ranks. This is certainly much more believable than before, where in the Tribunal Temple, for example, I found that I was offered the position of Patriarch after doing about a dozen quests! Having higher faction requirements will also require the player to move around the world more when faction quests in a location have rank requirements that you do not yet meet. Previously, I found that I could usually just do all the quests in one location before moving onto the next location.
For most factions I have created quite a large gap between joining the faction and being able to advance through the ranks, to make it a bit more realistic that you are "finding your feet" before advancing.
In a nutshell, this makes factions much more realistic, in my view.
