Morrowind Reborn
Morrowind Reborn tries to build more upon the towns and cities that were already in the vanilla game and give them more of an enhanced look to them by adding various items, furniture, some NPC'S, and maybe some new homes to the location's to give it a breath of fresh life. It will try to not change too much, there will not be a bunch of new buildings all over or anything crazy but will clutter the world to make it feel less empty.
