Give the Imperial Castles a look inspired by the Quake yellow castles, mainly seen in The Corridors of Time episode where the player fights in Mesoamerican and Ancient Egyptian inspired deathtraps.
The diffuse textures come from the Quake Retexturing Project and Illuminiel. The latter made the original textures for the dragon statue. I made the texure set trimming and editing them and I created the normals. The mesh of the dragon statue is from Connray, the change was small but he improved the UVs.
OpenMW loads the normal textures when in the Shaders section of your settings.cfg file are the followng lines, so double check the settings:

auto use object normal maps = true
auto use object specular maps = true
normal height map pattern = _nh
normal map pattern = _n
specular map pattern = _spec
