I couldn't find a single mod that just replaces the enemy healthbar for OpenMW. Not a single one. So I did it myself.
Just replaces the openmwhud.layout from 0.49 with a modified one. Only affects enemy health, nothing else.
Requires OpenMW 0.49 probably. You can try it with older versions and see if it works.
Not compatible or needed with other HUD replacers. I just made this for the regular OpenMW HUD and Chocolate UI.
If you only use OpenMW, just drop this in the resources/vfs/mygui folder and replace the file. Make a backup of the old file first.
