Magicka Based Spell Advancement MGSO Patch
Magicka Based Spell Advancement has one flaw if you're using MGSO, or Excellent Magic Sounds. It can't know what school of magic you're using, and can't repay you magicka with the new sounds. So, I fixed it, and I had to change some stuff too. I also fixed it so that it works with MCP swiftcast.
