Built atop the hills and ridges of the Foyada Mamaea, the beacons of Mamaea stand guard against an attack from Red Mountain, ready to light a signal fire that can alert all of western Vvardenfell to an attack. A gorgeous set of landmarks that greatly enhance Morrowind's landscapes, today's Mod of the Day is The Beacons of Mamaea by Kalinter, an atmospheric set of world additions that naturally enhance the game's verticality with a series of Velothi-style beacons that go from Ghostgate itself all the way down to Vivec.

While initially unlit, these beacons will light once you meet with Vivec as part of the main quest, signaling the attack on Red Mountain and the assault on Dagoth Ur.

There are no new quests here or dungeons to delve, but this is simply a breathtaking, verticality-inducing, positively scenic set of landmarks that are absolutely worth adding to your game, I personally can't recommend them enough!
