I find it really disappointing that MK1s local versus does not allow player 2 to access player 1's cosmetics, brutalities, fatalities, etc. When I play with my friends in person, we're pretty bummed that player 2 can't do any brutalities on their opponent. Of course, player 1 has the privilege. It doesn't seem to make much sense, because when fighting a CPU opponent in the local versus mode, they have the same cosmetics that player one has equipped.
I'm calling on the community to find out if it is possible to mod the game so player 2 can use custom costumes, view the unlocked fatalities, and perform brutalities.
