Divided Faction Mod split the faction into 2 each, except for empire which is already divided by 3 by default

What does this mod do?
Factions are split by 2 so that there will be more activity on map,
They will be at war with each other at start of campaign (example: splitted Battania will be at war to its other half)
(Optional File) Add generic mercenary - 45 new mercenaries for hire
