Allows you to just press F on the loot screen to accept all available prisoners, move to the items screen, accept all items and close the items screen to get back to slaying looters without any mouse movement whatsoever. (Each of these actions is a separate F press, you can still see your items and prisoners). Now works for recruiting!

####New in 0.3.0####
Now you can spam F (or your own hotkey) in villages and cities to recruit all! Radical!
####New in 0.2.0####
new settings.ini file located where submodule.xml goes, allows you to change the keybind and enable the ability to use the hotkey to skip the weapon naming dialog as well
Note about skipping weapon naming screen:
Because there's currently no way to check if you are typing into the textbox, enabling that option and then trying to name your weapon anything that uses your hotkey will skip the dialog. Thusly, it's an optional and by default disabled feature.
