To install this mod copy the SpartanWarrior folder into
Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules
Make sure that the spartan mod is under all the original modules
in the launcher menu.

This mod adds an upgraded troop for the fighter champion troop tree,
changes the Imperial Scale Armor into an Imperial underwear with same armor values
and changes Infantry highest level skill template.
The Spartan Elite is way too OP for the main campaign to be recruitable
so to aquire the Spartan Elite you will need to install DveloperConsole mod

you enable the console ingame by pressing ctrl+~(button under escape)
You can enable cheat mode from the console by using the command
config.cheat_mode 1 and disable it with the command config.cheat_mode 0.
This is useful so that you don't need to restart your game to enable/disable cheat mode.
type: campaign.give_troops spartan_elite 10
(you can change the number at will)
Spartan Elite equipments:
Helmet with faceguard
imperial long cape
northern brass brasers
imperial underwear
reinforced suede boots
menavlion
steel round shield
broad ridged shortsword
Jereed javelins
Spartan Elite skills:
Athletics=300
Bow=1
Crossbow=1
OneHanded=300
Polearm=300
Riding=80
Throwing=300
TwoHanded=240
