I just made this for myself, but some people may looking for this.

For 1.4.3 beta.
You just need to simply replace weapons.xml from this download, localization:
Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\SandBoxCore\ModuleData\spitems
I didn't edit perks, the little changes there are:
item_usage="long_bow"
with
item_usage="bow"
(game now think longbows are just bows, so they have no horse modifier xD)
and delete on all crossbows:
"CantReloadOnHorseback="true"
Thats all :P testing only on 1.4.3.
If you really, really need this fix for older versions just do it manually or... send me your weapon.xml and i do this 4you :|
And remember, this is a replacer, not a module, make copy of your weapons.xml, just in case.
