Small mod I developed to bring some spice to the recruitment process and to make prisoners only/bandit playthroughs more interesting
Features
Automatically recruit prisoners in your party (at party tick)
Set Conformity modifier for all
Set Conformity modifier for own culture group
Set Min/Max tier of troop to recruit
Removed limit of only being able to recruit max tier 6 troops
Remove Morale Loss
Recruit only troops which you already have in your party
Conformity is the rate at which prisoners become recruitable. This mod applies a modifier after the conformity gain is calculated, so you could set it lower (or higher) depending on the kind of gameplay you're going for.
About the tier limit, it is not configurable as of now, but it was only considered by the automatic AI recruitment (which I use). Strange since Tier 7 troops are only used by mods as of now.
This uses MCMv4 for mod configuration, but it should work without. If you don't have MCM, it will generate a config in [Documents/Mount And Blade II Bannerlord]/Configs/ModSettings/Global/BetterPrisonerRecruitment
