The wars must go on! Blood can not be paid in coins!
Leaders must not fall into enemy hands, for they will die at same rate as normal troop if they fall in battle.

- AI won't even held vote for peace.
- Leaders have 65% chance of dying if incapacitated & lose the battle.
They're mortals after all, just like their troops, not everyone survive to become prisoner. - Leaders won't stay till the end of battle (unless your chivalrous presence demands it, maybe at some point I'll make them stop caring about you).
Escaping when surrounded & overpowered 4 to 1 is impossible.
But the troops need strong leader, especially in a losing battle.
Once there's no much troop left to command, no shame in living to fight another day
Leaders will flee by themselves into the wilderness, untraceable for a while till they get back to base.
So if your caravan-leader companions still get captured, maybe their morale is way too high, check what kind ofweedswares they've been carrying. - Leaders must stop the siege assault once it's obvious that they'll lose, end up dying or rotting in prison cell.

- On battlefield where you present, enemy leaders will attempt retreat if met same conditions as auto-resolving battles.
If successful, they will escaped, became untraceable for a while till they get back to base - Leaders are not generated fast enough for winning side.
