The Vikings
You've travelled far from your home... You reach the shores of the land. Some warriors are standing on the beach, but rather than attacking their, what looks to be leader, walks up to you. They would want to hire your service. You quickly learn that this land is fertile and a good place to call home. Will you live with new companions and fight for them... or claim their land as yours and make a home for you and your brethren...
This mod is a troop tree I made that's influenced heavily by historic findings about the vikings. Some things have been altered to adjust more to the game or to have some difference between troops.
Apparently with findings of graves and remenants of Viking culture, they used mostly longbows. I was surprised to learn this as I've always seen them depicted with shortbows.
For people wanting to know, the troop called 'Kykvendi' is old Norse for 'beast' or 'living animal'.
This is a troop tree that I made with the help of the My little Warband mod.
To start with the mod: 1. Go to a town and go to the tavern. 2. In the tavern click on Import XML-flies. 3. Your troop trees should've changed now!
You can change the XML-files of the 'My Little Warband' settings file so that your nation or/and your settlements also produce your troops for other people.
