Overview
When females are randomly generated, they may be set to have bald hairstyles.
So in this mod, when a random character(ex. Female villager or notables/heroes at new campaign) is generated and a balding female is created, it will re-set her hair to random hairstyle other than bald.
In addition, this mod checks the hairstyles of pre-existing female notables and heroes every time player enters a settlement, and sets a random hairstyle if they are bald.
