This mod contains 2 sub-modules that add additional troops to the base game. The primary objective with this is immersion as well as soldiers that are in "theme" with their respective factions. I also doubled the Mercenary troop tree to make it representative of all Calradia, not just a discount-cookie-cutter Vlandia.

Changelogs
Version 1.15
"Manghud" name changed to "Mangudai". Now has better meele loadout in the mace, but heavy recurve bow across the board. After testing they easily beat Mamluks, but will lose to Heavy Horse Archers
Imperial Northern & Vaegir Guard now also have a sword and shield to more resemble the actual varangian guard of history.
Sturgian Court Guard has the Plated helmet, giving them a more "noble" look as befitting of high-tier castle guards.
Slight armor tweaks across the board, such as to the hired spear.
Version 1.0.7
Incorporated some of the new armors TW introduced in the latest patch. Also changed some existing armors to others to differentiate them from TW's latest aesthetic changes to existing units, such as the Khuzait Heavy Horse Archer - Thus i changed the Heavy Manghud.
Version 1.0.6
Vlandian Cavalry Axeman changed to Vlandian Outrider. Now functions as more of a skirmisher / raiding troop. Still retains the two-handed axe, has 2 sets of throwing axes, and armor slightly buffed.
Manghud horse armor slightly tweaked, as it was heavier than the lancer.
Version 1.0.5
Calradia More Troops: The Manghud has a 50/50 chance to spawn with either Steppe Recurve Bow or Heavy Recurve bow. The Sturgian Cavalry armor was removed.
Calradia More: Mercenaries: Now has a spearman as an alternative to the Hired Blade & Champion.
Version 1.0.4
A Heavy cavalry unit replaces the previous Asudai of the Khuzait troop tree. In hindsight, the addition of another strong infantry-unit to the Khuzait made little sense as their main strength has always been - and should continue to be - horsemen. This unit is a hybrid of the horse archer and lancer.
Slight nerf to the very strong Aserai Berber Javelineer, reducing armor and quality of the shield.
Sturgian Dvor Guard has more possible armor loadouts. Now also the only archer with a swingable polearn. This will make them good against cavalry and certain infantry in particular, and also more situational.
Battanian Kern Falxman now has the helmet that the Fian lost in the most recent update. Long live the helmet!
More helmet loadouts for the imperial Vaegir Champion; Amonst other the helm that the Heavy Axeman of the Sturgians lost. Long live the helmet!
The Hired Champion had his agility slightly reduced for balance purposes.
Version 1.0.3
Asudai has been nerfed - Removed the javelins. Was too powerful.
Dvor Guard has been buffed - Stronger bow and better bow-skill. It was not performing as well as the other added units.
Mercenaries: Hired Champion has been added to mercenary troop tree. Now makes the hired blade a good option to the Huscarl if you want a more armored unit with slightly less offensive capabilities.
"Calradia More Troops" features: Battania - Kern Falxman Superb Two-handed infantry with a falx and limited skirmish-capabilities. Medium armored and a decent alternative to the veteran falxman.
-
Sturgia - Court Guard Powerful archers with warrazors to protect themselves against cavalry. As guards of Sturgian castles and high holds, they only have one quiver in order to also wield a sword for close-combat. -
Vlandia - Outrider The scout-cavalry of the Vlandians, with two-handed axes and good skirmish-capabilities. Great for raiding and high damage output - but less armor compared to the Vanguard.
-
Khuzait - Mangudai & Heavy Mangudai A unit mixed of the horse archer and lancer. These men, while usually not from noble families, are the pinnacle of steppe warfare, proudly showing of their mixed skills and adorned armor.
-
Aserai - Berber Javelineer The best foot-skirmisher in the game, equipped with Jereeds to break other infantry. They do not have as much armor as their Veteran infantry counterpart.
-
Empire - Northern Guard & Vaegir Guard Heavily armored infantry with the best two-handed axes in the game - The Heavy Executioner Axe. They waste no time with throwing weapons, seeking to dive right into combat, be it with the axe or behind their heavy shields.
-
"Calradia More Mercenaries" features:
Mercenaries - Hired Champion These soldier of fortune are usually veterans of countless battles, and can therefore afford the best armor denars can buy. No mercenaries are as sought after as these, and they know it.
-
Mercenaries - Hired Spear All armies need spearmen to face down the brunt of heavy cavalry. These brave souls are up to the task - if you can pay them.
-
Mercenaries - Mercenary Longbowman Some of the finest archers in Calradia, originating out of Vlandia. They carry on a tradition of archery from when the Battanians ruled these lands.
-
Mercenaries - Hired Huscarl These foreigners prefer to lend out their axes to the highest bidder, but are prone to raiding and disobbedience if not under the employment of a strict warlord. Because of their tendency to villainy they are often shunned by the clans of Calradia.
-
Mercenaries - Hired Horse Archer The eastern border-regions that were once subdued by the Empire are now under Khuzait control - and is originally the homes of many people efficient in horse archery - most prominently Eleftheroi-for-hire among others. They now serve the highest bidder.
- This mod does not interefere with anything native; It simply adds MORE.
NOTE: Made for 1.8.0.+ Adviced to save your game - or starting a brand new one - before implementing it, as it may crash your current save if loaded midgame. Do not uninstall the mod mid-game, as it will crash your game.
Does not interfere with other mods unless they also upgrade units from the same native units (For example the Khuzait Horseman).
If you have any feedback, questions or units you would like added to the existing factions - Post it or send me a dm. If you have any ideas for these feel free to PM me or suggest it in the discussion tab. Thank you! :)
