Replace the "items.xml" in your "Modules\HorseCaparisons\ModuleData" folder with this one.
This file includes the rein fix.
I just wanted to use Horse Caparisons with RBM, so I updated the xml to reflect values that RBM uses. I balanced it using comparable RBM values and added better descriptions. There is one missing texture within the Horse Caparisons Update that I'll have to track down. This was only tested on v1.7.0.
