If you are using Realistic Battle Mod, use Rein Fix for RBM instead.
Replace the "items.xml" in your "Modules\HorseCaparisons\ModuleData" folder with this one.
This fixes the missing reins for the regular cloth caparisons. This was made for the Updated version but will probably work on the Original since the coding is the same. This was only tested on v1.7.0.
