This mod allows you to get the lord's equipment after you execute them. Also, in the execution scene, they are no longer wearing their heavy armor (what if your axe misses?).

If you are going for an execution heavy campaign, I recommend looking for companion mods that reduces the relationship gains from popups to just the chat box so you don't get spammed with relation loss for the next 30 minutes after an execution.
If you have Hot Butter installed, I hope your eyes are ready for some cursed scenery.
