This mod rebalances throwing axes in order to make them something more than a wasted inventory slot

Throwing axes in native suck, and are completely inferior to javelins.
This mod buffs throwing axe damage by around ~1.5x and brings thier price closer to thier actual worth.
The buff applies to troops as well, so watch out for those skirmishers!
Even with this mod, the strongest javelins still outclass thorwing axes, but at least now they're a good option against low armor enemies, and aren't a waste of a slot for some high tier troops.
This mod depends on harmony.
