This is my own personal mashup of the Imperial army troop tree in Bannerlord. I think some of the units look pretty bland in the vanilla game, so I decided to mix n mash to make Byzantine themed Imperial troops that remain faithful while also giving the Calradian empire some style to them.
I foolishly made the mod with several mods on at the same time, for crash concerns I list all the mods I was using, I am positive at the very least Open Source and Swadian armoury were used, as I have time to test I will reduce the list

I tried my best to remain within troop tier limits when it come to refitting the imperial army, only tier 2 gear for tier 2 units and etc, with an exception for the max level foot soldiers. Only imperial and some Vlandian gear (since a lot of their gear is similar) was used to redesign these guys. Statistics were copy and pasted from the game wiki so I believe they should not be much different skill wise. My design philosophy was to make the empires army look posh, flashy, and ornate, as if it is at the height of it's power.
There is also one soldier variant in the unit that will look different than the rest of each unit in their tier. The aim was for that specific outlier to portray the sergeants.
There are 19 units in the mod, replacing the position of ever standard imperial unit, some with massive changes, others without many (I.e. the cataphracts because they already looked epic).
If you have any feedback, revisions, changes and etc. Please feel free to comment, this is my first mod ever after all.
I will update when I can, but I am a busy bee in college so don't pray for instant fixes.
