The original mod author missing for a while so I decide to make a reborn version for me.
And I don't want to lose it while I delete some mod.

Also. I made a new small function which can let you decide the max clan tier
Max tier is 50
I can make this mod's tier over 50 but due to MB's code so max renown is 2147483647.
I will see what else I can do if you guys want more function.
