Adds some lore text to some of the clans and changes the Banu Sarran banner.

I was digging through the game files and found various comments next to several of the clans. I figured it'd be nice to have these comments as clan descriptions for added flavour and lore. Some of these are purely vanilla (with some grammar fixes), others were written by me based on the snippets of info in the comments (some comments are literally just two words defining the clan). I'm not entirely happy with how it turned out, so I'll probably update these in the future. Do note that the game files don't have comments for every clan, so I've only added the "lore" to clans that have it.
This mod also changes the Banu Sarran banner from the vanilla desert flower (or whatever) to an eagle head, similar to what Arwa the Pearled One and Emir Uqais in Warband use. I figure that since the eagle is the Sarranids's national bird, and Arwa got her banner from Sultan Ayzar, it makes sense for the eagle-head banner to go way back, to Bannerlord times. Agree to disagree, but this is my mod.
Issues:
While I don't think there should be any, it's possible that if you're using a version of POC, Succession Laws and Civil Wars, or any other mod that alters banners, the Banu Sarran banner might get messed up. I've not tested it, so I don't know if it'll happen. I'm new to BL modding, and I don't know how to fix it if it happens. Sorry.
