INSTALLATION
For PC: All you have to do is copy the code and press CTRL + V while on character creation (or Edit Appearance part of Detailed Character Customization or Character Reload Mods) and past the code, that will change the look of the character and the mod will be installed. It's compatible with anything since it doesn't change any file.
For Console: All you have to do is download the second file and use slider pictures to copy exact settings to create the character.
