The stats of the current version of Vaegir Armory are broken. This is a hotfix to fix them

This patch just fixes the current version of Vaegir Armory. Once it's no longer required, I will remove it.
This mod is just xml files, so it should be compatible with any future version as long as Taleworlds doesn't drastically change the way
xml files are handled. If there are any issues with this mod or if there are any mods that you want me to make, let me know.
