Edits the Native Parameters of Realistic Combat Adjustments to make battles last longer and to give troops a realistic spear preference

This mod edits the files of Realistic Combat Adjustments to ensure a working spear preference among troops and to make battles last a lot longer.
Features:
Fixed Spear Preference - Cavalry will no longer use lances whilst on foot. Pikemen and Spearmen will use spears and pikes until the enemy get too close.
Battles Last Longer - Changes made in the files such as ready speed and swing speed mean that battles last a lot longer than vanilla, providing a more realistic feel.
Must be loaded last with Realistic Combat Adjustments above it.
