Calradia at War (Custom Spawns)

One of the largest vanilla expansion mods and tools. 21+ new factions, custom C# systems such as spawning, AI, dialogue, rewards, diplomacy, and more! Hundreds of new units, campaign spawns, troop trees, campaign events, etc. Modular enough to act as an API for other mods, allowing for easy XML modding that is not possible with the base game.

Bannerlord Tweaks

A collection of tweaks that seek to improve the balance and reduce grind in Bannerlord. Everything is configurable through the in-game options menu and can be disabled if you don't like it.

Horses

Horses mod introduces the ability to select your own horse with any coat color you desire. It allows you to bond with your mount, giving you the option to name it and kick your enemies. Higher bonding level will also increase its skills. You can whistle and call your horse at your convenience and refill your ammo from the horse's quiver.

Bannerlord Cheats

This mod adds 50+ cheats to the game - all configurable in an in-game menu - allowing you to modify the game difficulty to your liking and skipping grindy parts of the game.

A port of the Better Smithing mod to the latest game version. Better Smithing attempts to fix everything wrong with the smithing menus, and also offers configurable quality of life improvements when Forging, including batch Smelting/Refining/Crafting, Automatically adding Tier prefixes to crafted weapons, Saveable weapon design and more.

Achievement Un(bloc)ker

Don't want your hard-earned achievements to be locked because you are using mods? This mod can fix that. This is a "mod" that blocks Bannerlord blocking you to get achievements because you use mods. A mod that unblocks mod-blocks. Also, with this mod, you don't need to use Story Mode to earn achievements. You can earn it with Sandbox version too.
