It is prob. impossible BUT i will suggest it anyways
why don't we make a mod that's going to create a radio station that will play spotify trough "play on other device" feature
How did i come to this idea:
We have MSRPC mod that connects to an external app
We have advanced radio mod that creates a radio stantion with internet radio
Spotify has play on other device feature

    Use CD Enhancer and download ur playlist and follow the rest of the steps

    Why not make it like a cigarette port Bluetooth kind thing or the car thing Spotify had it would break the asthenic but I feel if you did it just the song titles but made it easier to import music from playlists or radios would be a good idea. But even that would be a bitchy amount of time.

      Дело не в слабом компе а в том что атмосфера так будет круче
      + уже есть мод который добавляет инет радио в игру

        Spotify on middle of 90's decade also breaks the game's aesthetic lol, streaming services didn't or barely existed until mid-to-late 2000 decade.

        Also answering your other reply above,  there are actually free radio streaming softwares like EDCast, Altacast, BUTT, etc.

        But your idea is also something interesting. hope the best for ya.

      Oh yeah? well i have a s***y laptop and it won't take more than 3 programs running and when broadcasting it gets like 3 fps
