Finding the car might be easier than it looks like but finding the parts maybe more difficult.
Parts you might need are around your house, Grandma's house, Temios's Shop and at Fleetair Repair Shop,
Fleetari has a old engine from a newer Satsuma that the player can use if there's no engine.
You can use some of your old parts of the Satsuma your Father used in his old Satsuma as well.
(If you too lazy to go finding the satsuma go look at the apartments)
