Fixed/removed the eazyfocuscator garbage, now the mod should work fine.

Made it so it changed the exhaust sound (makes it louder) the higher the vtec lift is set (for the exhaust); couldn't do that for the intake because for some reason, I can't change the intake volume any higher than 0.9, no idea why.
Made it so it lets you adjust the rocker shaft without the mod resetting the values back to what they were before every time it hits vtec and goes back (you need to press the "set stock values to current value" button for this to take effect)
Adds simple VTEC thing to the satsuma, has no 3d models / parts. made for a few laughs :D
