This is a save file with the car fully built, but not inspected. It will pass inspection, but that's up to you to get done.
Everything else in the save file has been reset as much as possible, to make this a save as close to a new game as can be done, while still leaving the car completed.

- Fully built and tuned(carb is tuned ~14.7-ish, valve train tuned with the 20 down, 7 up method)
- Everything except the tires are stock, no special parts used
- Tires are standard road tires
- Everything that can wear out in the car is close to full health
- Half tank of gas
- New oil filter
- Stock battery, not a store-bought one

- Everything except garage tools should be in their default places
- 3000 mk
- Default food items still in fridge
- No consumables for the car! I topped the car up on everything except gas, and then threw away the extra. You have no spare oil, brake fluid, gas, diesel, bulbs, oil filters, etc.
