1.перекинуть папку из архива по пути My Summer Car\Mods\Assets\TexturePackLoader
EN\the mod replaces the licensed vbx-403 plate
installation:
1. transfer folder from the archive to My Summer Car\Mods\Assets\TexturePackLoader
if "Some suspicious files" is written above the "Virus scan" line, then do not be afraid, this is an error, the mod is completely safe, just go to the files tab
