Re-texture for Phyllis that removes her dark tights and adjusts the color of her sleeves to be more matchy-matchy.

Description:
This mod gives Phyllis a bit of a make-over:
Her tights/nylons have been removed (or changed to sensible nude ones, heh) and the sleeves of her uniform have recolored.
This mod is reliant upon Custom Textures by aedenthorn, which also requires that Unity Mod Manager be installed.
Installation Info:
Once you have both those mods installed, there should be a folder under My Time At Portia\Mods\CustomTextures\assets and that's where you'll want to place the png included in this mod.
It might look something like this once you're successful:
DLC Version: If you have the DLC for NPC outfits, you'll want the second version available which includes two png files.
