About this mod

This is a retexture of Logan's face and body skin textures that gives him a light dusting of white body hair—facial stubble, chest hair, and a lower abdominal area "happy trail." Special K is required to use this retexture!

This download contains two retextured dds files (Logan's face and body skin textures). These retextures give Logan a light dusting of white body hair—facial stubble, chest hair, and a happy trail. It's a fairly subtle effect (definitely zoom in on the in-game screenshots, it's not visible in tiny thumbnails!) but it's a nice option if you prefer your yakboys a little less smooth. 😉

Here is what you need in order to use these retextures:
  • Special K
  • If you want to see the body hair retexture outside of the end of Cornered Beasts/Weary Wilds, you will also need s1zau's S - Logan Mod so that you can take his shirt off using that mod's settings. This will not work with the Summer Heat DLC shirtless option, that uses a different body texture. The facial hair texture will work with all outfits since it is separate from the body texture. (I might also update the DLC skin texture in the future so that you can have body hair and the DLC tattoo at the same time...)

Like others have done, I'll share Lenniere's instructions on how to install and use Special K, because they are clearer than what I could write:
This requires Special K to have the retexture take effect in the game.
Installation instructions for Special K can be found on their website
here: https://wiki.special-k.info/en/SpecialK/Local

My Time at Sandrock is a 64-bit program, so you will need to extract
SpecialK64.dll to the folder where the game is installed. This will be
the path where the Sandrock.exe file is
(ex. SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\My Time at Sandrock)

Launch the game and see the Special K banner at the top of the window. Once it
has been successfully injected into your game navigate to the SK_Res
folder ( SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\My Time at Sandrock\SK_Res) and
create an Inject folder, and a texture folder (SK_Res\inject\textures).

Once the texture folder is created, you can drop the file into that folder.
The texture will be injected the next time you run the game.
