Refined equipment always has good stats and affixes.
For stats, the random number generator is modified to always yield maximum value.
For affixes, if a randomly generated affix has a superior variant available, it will get replaced. For example a weapon refined to item level 25 will never has Lifesteal + 17%; it will get Lifesteal + 20% instead.

- Install BepInEx v5: https://github.com/BepInEx/BepInEx/releases
- Download BepInEx_x64_5.*.zip (do not download 6.*)
- Extract it to game folder (You will have BepInEx folder and winhttp.dll alongside Sandrock.exe)
- Run the game once and it will create BepInEx\plugins folder
- Extract LuckyRefiner.zip and move LuckyRefiner.dll into BepInEx\plugins
- Done
