About this mod
This mod adding Toneri Otsutsuki into Naruto Storm Connections character roster.

This mod doesn't replace any character.
This mod required to be installed with NSC ModManager.
Download NSC ModManager here - https://github.com/TheLeonX/NSC-ModManager/latest
Make sure you don't have installed mods in data_win32 folder. Mod manager can work with some models
mods, but it wont work with character/moveset mods.
How to install mod.
1. When you will download NSC ModManager, extract it from archive to any folder you want and run .exe file from it.
2. Once you opened it, go in "Settings" and select root folder of game, so mod manager could install your mod properly.
3. After selecting root folder, press on "Install Mod" button and select .nsc file with mod.
4. Make sure mod is listen in mod list and mod is enabled.
5. Press on "Compile Mods And Launch" and wait till process will get finished.
Highly recommended to not use anime BGMs, cuz it might doesn't work with some functions in mod.
