Completely Redone how the entire PCPD Police Force Works. Much Stronger and better than the pre nerf cops mod I Made Earlier. (It is Now an Optional File If You Think CPVE Is Too Hard). Cops Have Some Brand New Fresh Liveries and will be all over the place to stop anyone in their way. *Works Best With Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.6.3!*

- Cops Got a lot more tactical and aggressive
- Buffed the spike block roablock chances
- Added Handbrake and Pit chances
- Killswitch Jammer is Recommended and wont be useless anymore
- Un Nerfed Helicopters (At Least 5 minutes of gasoline and a 60 second cooldown)
- You get extra repairs (why not? you should be able to fight back instead of balling up on the floor and dying lol)
- Cops do more damage
- Added Local Police, State Troopers, & Federal Units
- Shaw, Eva, And Mercer Will be On you from even Heat level 1!
- At Night Both Professional and HSTF Units will be dispatched at the Max Heat
- FBI Units and Cross Will Appear at Heat 5
- Cops have same health as the player
- SCPD Crown Vic and Chargers are present
- Added High Version Of Day Pursuit Soundtrack To Night Replacing the Low boring Version Of The Night Pursuit Track. (Thanks To Laura For The Idea) Keep In Mind It has a 1/3 Chance Of Picking The Soundtrack.

5.0 Removed GTR Because I could not put a roof siren. Eva Toress Now Has Her Own Ultimate Enforcer Corvette Inspired by the TCBPD GTR. Everyone (except shaw because he needed weight reduction to keep up) has the same weight as most wanted 05 cops at 2200 mass making boxing in and blocks effective! Added an EVERYONE Version where up to 100 cops can be chasing at once! Added SCPD Crown Vics and Charger Units
6.0 Fixed Compatibility With Unite,Remix, & Evolution. Removed K.S Kit from Cross and Equipped With Eva's Corvette instead. She now has the Black Carbon Fibre Paint to match the vibe of being the HSTF Elites With Shaw & Mercer. Removed Decepticon Charger and Replaced With A Federal Pursuit Camaro! Increased Police Lightbar Saturation and Radius. Made Heat Levels Last Longer so you don't Instantly Level Up To High Heat in a slow car on accident. Fixed Handling & Performance For All Antagonist Cop Cars! Made New Clean Red Hud Changes To Help Capture The Feeling Of Being In Danger By The Police. Shaw Is Now a Patrol Officer since in the story he likes to do things by himself.
6.5 Fixed A Bug Where Cops Didn't spawn a lot in races. Now They Spawn At Will in Races Depending The Heat Level! Changed FBI Corvette Into HSTF Federal Corvette With The Neon Blue Outlines. (However If you want The Other Federal Corvettes, Whether It is V6 Dark One Or Even MW05 White Corvette, They are an Optional Files That You Can Equip With This Mod.
7.0 Jumps Over Water are no longer a weakness for these cops. Can't just simply cheese these cops over jumps at the same locations over and over again. They Will A: Jump with you and won't get disabled. Or B: Find a smart way around the jump to get to you. Added New Miami PD and Neon Blue HSTF Liveries as an extra option in case people get tired of the MW Inspired Liveries. The Normal Version Of The Mod Won't Have as many Cops as EVERYONE & FBI Priority Versions For Stability and try to reduce the random clipping through traffic & other cop cars.
8.0 Added a Heat 6 For Endgame Versions, EVERYONE version Will Have 120 Something Cops. Buffed All Antagonist Police Cars. Fixed Police Lights Being To Bright. Now its Just Saturated. Fixed Helicopter Light Being Too Bright So You Can Actually See What is infront Of You. Made a Story Compatible Version. Updated The FBI Corvettes To Resemble The Undercover 911s. Fixed A Nasty Bug With Unite Where after reaching heat 5, the cop radar would Shrink Leaving Easy Escapes Which Is Now No More. Added More Helicopters & Fast Rhino's In Heat 6. Heat 6 Will Take A Minute To Reach From Heat 5. Fastest Way Would Be Doing Both High Heat Races. However In Story Compatible There Is No Heat 6 Due To Multiplier Not Working. Nerfed Rhino Head On Spawns as they Was Straight Up Annoying In High Heat Races,
However They Can Now Chase You From Behind! Gas Station Repairs Now Function Exact Same As Daytime Ones.
8.1 EVERY COP CAN KILLSWITCH Now! Decreased Heli Brightness again from 550k to 200k Brightness. Changed Cops Visual Sights To Be Just like Hot pursuit & GTA IV, By Radar... Those Cheese Spots Like The Mall & Containers are less effective, You can sit up on them like a coward, They Will Just Wait Until You Come Down (At Higher Heat Levels). Fixed an issue where there was too much torque on cops low gears, causing them to not accelerate effectively & wheelspin. Due to making The Cops Visual Contact By Radar, The Pursuit Range of Heat 6 Has Been nerfed a little.
Improved All Nos Auxileries, you can go full nos setup and just speed away from these cops, but you run the risk of eating a lot of damage if you get hit or getting insta KS. Theres A Rock Paper Scizzors Mindset With The auxs, choose wisely.
Improved The Damage Increase and reduction upgrades by 25-50%
