Here we have 4 Special Saved games to choose from that includes nearly every hidden traffic and AI vehicle in the entirety of NFS Most Wanted, including the police heli, AI/Undriveable vehicles, 18 wheelers, the ambulance, ALL traffic vehicles, even the SUV - as well as the Traffic Camper that can drive through walls!

Since these are just saved games there isn't much permission involvement as user-generated content wasn't involved, however that doesn't mean their work should go unnoticed. I was going to make this brief but I don't know how else to put this. Most of these saved games aren't around on the internet anymore to my knowledge - having been taken from gaming websites and sources that were around in 2009-2010 but have since gone offline or disappeared from the net. Here are 4 saved games I've gathered over the years that feature all of the hidden traffic vehicles, bonus vehicles, and even more!
