this is reupload from nfsmods,Xanvier removed all mods for unknown reason
there 3 tools:
1,Disculator Extractor is extract game files from ps2 for ug2 to uc (expect ps)
2.PS2 hacks,hack patch such as debug menu,Debug Car Customize,...made for demo,final version of hp2 to uc (expect ps again)

Fixes the infamous "Continue" bug after races (PostRace state manager exit fixer)
- Uncaps the ingame framerate
- Adds automatic resolution detection
