Originally I did these changes for myself but decided to share it. These changes are sure not balanced and will overpower your character on higher levels as well as wizard enemies so keep that in mind
This mod changes how much spells you can remember from your spellbook. So you dont need rest every 5 minute anymore
Each new spell level now start with 3 slots rather than 1 and increase to 1 each level (except cantrips they are stop growing after level 17)
Here a quick example how much slots will you have:

Neverwinter Nights Enhanced Edition
Installation:
1. Choose which version do you want:
MoreSpellsPerDayForWizzardBalanced - kinda balanced but still OP on high levels
MoreSpellsPerDayForWizzardCheaty - gives 54 slots for every spell level on every level
2. Drop 2da file from archive to: yourpath\Neverwinter Nights\ovr
I'm not sure if it will work on GOG version. It probably will but let me know if it doesnt
