      Can't really agree, the personality of a civilized mutant adds a huge part to his charisma. Not to mention he always had that feel of an old-school sheriff, especially back in Broken Hills.

   There's a reason he always seems paranoid. You would be too if you'd been hunted your whole life. And super mutant voice? He has the same one he always had. Play the classics man, not all the super mutants sounded retarded, especially the first gen ones.
