Payback Time for X13
An elite military force known as X13 has met with disaster in the depths of the Emergency Service Station Gypsum Railway Station [as of AWOP v6.0+]. One of its members, Sergeant Bulldozer, provides a quest to complete their mission as well as a request to search for other survivors.
Knowledge of the existence of the X13 team, and the objective of their mission, can be discovered by using a terminal in the Infested NCR Bunker; the bunker is a destination for Frankie's Quest which is offered by the proprietor of Frankie's Guns & Ammo in Goodsprings.

You can use player.setpos for x and y to move your character to an NPC's location. For example, to be positioned at Franco in Collapsed Underpass North, first be sure you are in the same area as Franco (i.e. Collapsed Underpass North), then issue the following commands ...
- press ~ to enter Console Mode
- type this command and then press the Enter key: player.setpos x 1857
- type this command and then press the Enter key: player.setpos y 4344
- press ~ to leave Console Mode
You can also simply teleport to Franco by using his ID. Note that the ** of his ID must be replaced with the two-character index of AWOP in your own "load order" sequence (which will vary from player to player). In the following example, an index of 01 is assumed (and will probably be different for your own game).

One question: where the heck is the RUMBLE key for this area? I killed all the monsters (including Big Momma) and none of them had the key... :-/
