Colonel Royes was born in the Boneyard where he quickly learned the dangers of the Wasteland.In order to escape that hellhole he joined the NCR Army where he earned his comission fighting Raiders tribes and bands of Super Mutants.He also participated in Battle of Navarro where his platoon stopped Navarro Base Commander from retreating.His ability to command was tested in the NCR-BoS war where he was assinged 3 platoons and ordered to protect a small settelment 45 km west of Shady Sands,the capital of the NCR against a significantly stronger forces of the BoS.Despite his odds he defeated the BoS and forced them to rout.He has been winning battles ever since be it against BoS Paladins or Legionaries.He was assinged to Long 15 to guard the NCR's supply lines.He was offered the position of General but he refused so he could stay closer to his soldiers.His most important victory in the NCR TSC War is the Battle of the Mojave Outpost where he forced the TSC Army to rout.Many in the NCR Army belive him as the only hope for the NCR as he has never lost a battle and has proven his ability to fight against a superior force.
