At this stage, the Legion knows little to nothing about the Terran Starship Command, except that they have resources from another world, and that they want to bring order to humanity.
An ideal that Caesar seems to share with them. Although, only on the surface.
The TSC's idea of order differs greatly from the Legion's idea of "order".
