This is Angela Laramie, the character I'm using in my newest New Vegas playthrough.

I started with a new character in order to test some mods and at the same time start the game anew (Very Hard + Hardcore Mode).

Age: 26

Angela is always ready to help those who need it in the best of her possibilities. Not very good at negotiating, she prefers to let her guns talk.

Disgusted by the crimes Caesar's Legion has committed upon the Mojave, she's considering joining the NCR army.
She was always fascinated by military principles, discipline and history.

Little she knew, rumors were spreading about a new, powerful army... a growing empire whose technology and weapons were said to come from space itself. The Terran Starship Command.

Traits: Small Frame, Skilled

Strength: 5 - Angela isn't stronger or weaker than the average Wastelander. Her skills with guns and cutting weapons partially make up for that.

Perception: 6 - She knows when to keep her eyes and ears open, and her mouth shut.

Endurance: 7 - Angela can endure miles of walking when needed. Just stay away when she takes her boots off.

Charisma: 1 - She isn't very good with words. She prefers shooting or sneaking her way out.

Intelligence: 6 - She's no super-genius, but no idiot either. She's bright enough to realize when trouble is afoot.

Agility : 7 - Her reflexes are quite remarkable, and so is her running speed.

Luck: 8 - Her luck also got her out of many dangerous situations. She once managed to survive an encounter with an Alpha Deathclaw, thanks to a pack of Cazadores that happened to pass by at the exact same moment.
While they fought each other, she ran away as fast as she could.
